Our Goal

Our goal is to provide paid interns with hands-on ministry experience and mentoring, equip them with strong theological foundations and practical ministry skills, help them clarify their gifts and calling through guided assessment and supervision, integrate them fully into our teams with meaningful responsibilities, and create a safe space for spiritual growth and vocational discernment.

The FIVE39 Internship is a place to explore your calling and grow as a leader. We are committed to developing high-potential leaders through hands-on ministry experience, mentorship from our pastoral staff, and meaningful opportunities to serve. Whether interns stay on staff or move into other opportunities, our goal is to equip them to spread the gospel effectively.
