Internship & residency Program

Equipping the next generation of leaders through spiritual growth, experience, and training.

take your next step in ministry

FIVE39’s Internship & Residency Program equips future pastors and ministry leaders through intentional mentorship, hands-on ministry experience, and theological training—helping you grow in faith, character, and leadership as you discern where God is leading you. Whether you stay on staff or move into other opportunities, our goal is to equip you to spread the gospel effectively.

three ways you’ll grow

  1. Spiritual Development: Deepen your faith, build healthy spiritual habits, and develop the character to lead well.

  2. Vocational Ministry Experience: Serve alongside ministry leaders, receive coaching, and take on greater responsibility as you grow.

  3. Academic Training: Engage in college or seminary coursework, complete assigned reading, and apply what you’re learning to ministry.
